St Patrick's Gateway Centre

We welcome you with open arms to St Patrick’s Gateway Centre, a spiritual experience. Amazing music in a unique environment.

We are a community organisation which intends to cater for the educational, recreational, social, artistic, and cultural needs of Waterford city, it’ s surrounding districts, and the inner-city community in particular. This will complement the existing use of the church by the Waterford Methodist congregation. https://www.methodistchurchwaterford.com/.

Our current facilities include an event space for concerts, rehearsals, talks, events etc. and a smaller space for exhibitions, group meetings, and displays. We also have full toilet and kitchen amenities.

Our mission is to help local community as we facilitate helping hands charity organisation which was setup to help homeless people, including people in emergency accommodation and anyone who needs helping hand favour. https://www.facebook.com/groups/671512396331439/about/

In the future we intend to have larger meeting rooms, a meditation space and a small nature park on the grounds. As we are situated just inside the old city walls we wish to continue to develop the church building and graveyard as a national heritage site.
