Catherine James Career Guidance Counselling

Catherine James is fully qualified as a Guidance Counsellor with a masters degree from Trinity College Dublin. She has significant experience working with both teenagers and adults. She is also a fully qualified Touch for Health kinesiology practitioner, and kinesiology is offered as an optional extra. A career guidance counselling appointment may include:
- A full assessment of client's working history, skills, aptitudes, capabilities via telephone or email prior to meeting
- Psychometric assessment to help guide client towards potential career paths (optional)
- Advice on future career paths, employment opportunities, university courses,CAO /UCAS application process, writing curriculum vitae/cover letters/personal statements, interview skills, study skills, stress management.
- Minimum 1 hour appointment
- Additional feedback and support available after appointment
- Kinesiology (optional)
