Motiv8 LK Challenge begins on Monday April 8th. Members of the public are encourage to join any timetabled indoor and outdoor fitness classes!

Motiv8 Fitness have also launched the Motiv8 Challenge Card - a points win prizes initiative, whereby fitness enthusiasts (or hopefuls!) can earn Motiv8 points by participating in fitness classes. The team at Motiv8 Fitness are delighted to announce that the Irish Wheelchair Association are the designated charity for this novel initiative.



On Saturday June 29th, the group (of whom many have never competed in a triathlon of any kind) will complete a grueling course of running, cycling, hiking (up Mount Errigal) & kayaking across Dunlewy lake. The total distance they will cover in 42 kilometres.

Once the event has been completed, Motiv8 LK contestants will get together for a well-deserved after-party at a venue to be announced.
