Trinity Leisure Club

Trinity Leisure Club at the Abbey Court Hotel first opened its doors in June 2001. The gym is 2,500 sq. ft. and is equipped with Technogym machines, 27 Cardiovascular pieces, 16 Machine weights and a selection of free weights. Our 20 metre pool is 4 ft. 2" throughout and is maintained at a comfortable 30 degrees.
The highlight of the Trinity Leisure Club has to be the 'Hydro Pool'; it is 10 metres in diameter and currently stands as the largest and most impressive in Ireland. It is maintained at 32 degrees.
The Sauna & Steam room are conveniently located off the deck area, they are ideal for releasing toxins and de-stressing. there is a cold shower just outside both the sauna and steam room.
We also have a kiddies pool that is 10 metres in diameter and 1 ft. 8" deep.
