Tri-Hards Limerick

The Tri-Hards originated out of a run/cycle group who trained together for the Open Race of the European Duathlon Championships which were held in Limerick last April. After the Duathlon, we continued to train regulary. Under the watchful eye of fitness 'guru' Peter Fitzgerald we meet every Monday, Wed Beginners Tuesday,Thursday Advance and Friday all for bootcamp.
