Titan Fit Personal Training

At Titan Fit all members of the community are welcome, regardless of your physical fitness background. Titan Fit will help you achieve your goals in both gym based physical fitness, and the martial art Muay Thai.

Head coach Chris Meaney holds qualifications in level 2 fitness instructing, and level 3 personal training. Chris has 7 years of experience in combat sports, and has competed in both mixed martial arts, and muay thai.
