In recent times, i have trained to the highest standards at Touch Therapy, an innovative and integrated series of nurturing treatments for people living with cancer. Touch Therapy is accredited by the Irish and American Cancer Society as well as the Marie Keating Foundation here in Ireland.

Using effective products from the Lindi Skin line, developed specifically with the skincare needs of cancer clients in mind and FDA approved, these Touch Therapies can bring unparalleled relief in reducing and lessening some of the common side-effects of cancer treatment as well as reducing the stress and anxiety experienced through this challenging time.

I also offer traditional Tension Relief Massage, based on Swedish techniques and acupressure to dispel tension and stress and encourage the body's natural healing ability. As well as Ayurvedic Head Massage and Ear Candling, which is a holistic procedure used to gently remove excess wax, cleanse the sinus cavities and improve hearing; whilst giving a feeling of inner balance and well-being.
