Time Outside Nature Walks

Hi everyone and welcome to the Time Outside Nature Walks Facebook page. With a lot of our lives being spent in front of screens and not enough time spent outdoors, I’ve set up Time Outside to encourage, educate and help people to enjoy a walk and discover all that nature has to offer - be it birds, wildflowers, trees, mammals or the insect life that surrounds us in abundance. By developing an awareness of what’s around us as we walk in woodland, seashore, wetlands and mountains a whole new experience is developed as well as the benefits that go with that experience.

My guided walks cater for all age groups and can be tailored to suit different fields of interest. Maybe a gentle stroll along the Greenway, a walk through Crough wood with the river Mahon flowing alongside, or exploring the Anna valley to search for signs of otters.
