Here at the IVY Club, we pinpoint and address the negative behavioural habits (NBH’s) which are holding you back in your life and teach you to retrain your mind to adopt RPR’s (Reflex Positive Responses) in your career, health and personal life. All sessions are one to one with each expert, confidential and effective.

We look at all aspects of your life: mental, physical and spiritual so that not only will your life be changed, you will also have the tools to maintain that change for the rest of your life. Everyone is unique and is therefore treated differently according to their needs but with one common outcome in that at the end of the course you will feel, look and think differently than you ever did before.
