The Galway Roast is a coffee roasting company based in Tuam, Co. Galway and Castlebar, Co. Mayo. We at The Galway Roast roast our very own blend of coffee to provide our customers with a unique flavour and a life changing experience.

We use five different beans depending on the crop and season. Brazilian coffee, Honduras coffee, Guatemala coffee, Peruvian coffee – café feminio fairtrade organic and new to the pack is our Costa Rican coffee – fairtrade.
Each type of coffee has its own unique flavour and taste and really leaves a distinctive fondness in memory for the customer. Roasting is carried out every couple of days to ensure customers are served the freshest possible coffee.

At The Galway Roast we love to experiment with new blends and roasts and we equally love to see what our customers think. We also supply our unique coffee to retailers and even health food shops.
