The Cloister Restaurant

Located adjoined to the ruins of the13 century Ennis Abbey, and originally part of the Abbey, this building has been painstakingly restored to its original architectural Splendour with a modern twist and is now home to the Cloister Rest and Bar.

Everything has to be left as it was, such as an original 13century cobble floor, part of which was protected with glass and displayed as an ever present reminder of the historical and spiritual sign of this special place.
