The Altitude Gym

This is the only gym in Ireland that stimulates training at Altitude. The room can be set to any Altitude level from sea level to 5000m the equivalent of 21% oxygen (which we breath everyday) down to 13% oxygen. By training in this environment a host of adaptations occur in the body which will improve ones fitness levels a lot quicker than normal training. You will also burn more body fat than a normal training session.
