When will I receive my order?

Once you have purchased an item from Swagger, your item(s) will be dispatched in 1 day. The following are a list of destination delivery times:

Ireland: 1 - 2 working days.
UK: 2- 3 working days.
Europe: 3 - 8 working days.
Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 11 working days.
USA & Canada: 5 - 11 working days.
Rest of the world: 8 - 21 working days.

What is the cost of postage and packing?

The following are a list of prices:

Ireland: €5.00 or free for orders over €60
UK: €6
Rest of the World: €9.10

What is Swagger's return policy?

Returns are to be made within 14 days of receipt, undamaged, unsoiled and in the original packing with tags still attached. Swagger is unable to refund the cost of p&p.

Note: Soiled includes the excessive odour of perfume and smoke.

Can I pre order items and when do I pay?

Yes you can. Pre orders are accepted subject to availability from suppliers. Items must be paid in full.

When will I receive my pre-ordered items?

Order before 9pm each Friday and you'll receive your item in 14 days or less!
(If ordering from outside Ireland or rural parts of the UK, this will take longer. Please refer to delivery times above).
