In a world that sometimes feels like it's moving too fast it is all to easy to find yourself suffering from too much stress in your life. Financial problems, sudden loss of something or someone, relationship difficulties, excessive workload, demands on you from yourself and others to do more, too much or too little exercise, poor diet….. the list of possible contributors to your stress load seems never ending.

Many of us accept this stress and 'just get on with it'. However, more and more people are waking up to the fact that stress is not good and that it is robbing them of what they really want in life. The bottom-line is that the human body was not designed to experience stress on a continual basis or to hold stress in the body. When we allow stress levels to build up in our mind and body it comes with a cost, often a severe cost.

These Stress Management classes are designed specifically for you.

These classes are facilitated by Shane Pearson the Stress Management Module Leader at The Institute of Health Sciences (IHS). He is a trainer of NLP, Master Practitioner of TimeLine Therapy, Nutritional Therapist as well as a Health and Wellness coach. He specializes in the mind-body connection and sees Stress Management as the single most important factor in maintaining good physical health and both mental and emotional wellbeing. He is also passionate about passing on some of the many skills he has learned that can dramatically help lower stress levels quickly and also to support the bodies ability to handle stress.

What Stress really is and how it affects the mind and body.

The concept of Stress Load and how to assess just how stressed you are.

Amazingly simple yet powerful skills and techniques that you can use on yourself and others such as:

EFT or Meridian Tapping to drastically reduce any stress you are experiencing within seconds.

NLP skills that teach you how to take control of your mind and emotions if and when you need to and how to focus on the solution and not the problem.

Learn the simplest and quickest way to Meditate - if you can count to 4 you can meditate!

An ancient Forgiveness technique from Hawaii that enables you to heal up relationships and emotional stress.

3 simple steps to follow to Balance Blood Sugar levels and avoid the most common form of dietary stress as well as provide you with abundant energy ALL DAY.

Nutritional tips to protect the body against stress and to help it both recover and become more resistant to stress.

A simple Breathing exercise that only takes a few minutes that will both calm your mind and emotions as well as energize your body for hours.

A coaching element of the classes is designed to enable participants to start to practice, apply and integrate their new skills and knowledge into their daily life in a way that works for them over the 6 weeks. Even small changes made every week over the 6 weeks can have an extraordinary impact on stress levels as each change builds on the previous gain. Participants will also receive an information pack with all of the material that they cover in class so they can take everything they learn home with them.
