SBG Ireland is run by John Kavanagh – Irelands first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and coach to MMA superstars Conor McGregor, Gunnar Nelson, Artem Lobov, James Gallagher and Sinead Kavanagh to name a few

We cater for all, from the beginner looking to get fit and try something new, to the next MMA Champion! We have age specific classes for your child starting at 4 years old. Our Growing Gorillas club is coached by Owen Roddy.

Opening at 6am each weekday morning we have over 40 classes on our schedule with something to suit you.

Classes include Judo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling and MMA.
