I’m a Fully Qualified Reps Accredited Level 4+ Personal Trainer from the Leisure Industry Academy of Dublin. Along with my experience as a High Performance Athlete with the IABA, I specialise in Weight Loss, Strength, Endurance and lifestyle specific functional fitness training including personal target and goal achievement. I am available for private or group sessions however large or small. I guarantee you results and all you have to do is tell me your goals and follow my advice.
