Souper Cafe

Tasty food served in a comfortable setting is what awaits customers in Souper Cafe.
We are located in Merchants square in the heart of Ennis, the capital of Clare.
Our menu includes a variety of 6 soups daily, salads, sandwiches, paninis, wraps and desserts which is all made from scratch freshly in the house. All soups are gluten free and contain no artificial flavourings or preservatives.

Souper's menu is influenced by our central European background. Warm goulash soup is made with real Hungarian organically grown paprika while the dessert menu includes one of Hungary's most popular after dinner treats, the 'Somló Sponge Cake'.
The warm and welcoming interior, modeled on continental European style cafes, also makes Souper a great choice for an afternoon sitdown meal.

We'd like to make a point of working with high quality and fresh ingredients. We also cater for coeliacs with gluten free omelettes, salads, sandwiches and wraps besides our soups as well.

We also love our tea and coffee, this is why our choice was to stock the well-known Italian Lavazza coffee as well as the Sri-Lankan branded tea, Dilmah.

At Souper, staff and management always try to accompany good service with delicious meals, making sure the customer feels welcomed and looked after from entering the premises until they leave.
