Shangri-La, a fitting name for this Holistic Health practice and School which was established in order to bring to you the ancient holistic techniques of Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Rahanni Celestial Healing

Shangri-La is run by Deirdre Cunningham MNRRI, a qualified Classical and African Refloxology Practitioner and Reiki Master/Teacher with more than 15 years experience in all areas. She is also an expert in Indian Head Massage and the gentle practice of Reflexology for Mothers to be, babies, toddlers and children.

Shangri-La is based on the top floor of a beautiful period house 'Wharton House' 8 Catherine St., in Waterford city with a range of complementary therapies available.
