About Us
The Sarah Jennifer Knott Foundation was established following the death of Sarah Knott from Cancer of Unknown Primary on April 11, 2015 at the age of 31.

In honour of Sarah’s immense bravery, her family and friends set up the Sarah Jennifer Knott Foundation in an effort to promote awareness, education, and research of Cancer of Unknown Primary (CUP).

The SJK Foundation also aims to honour and continue Sarah’s late mother Jenny’s charity work. Jenny also lost her life to cancer at a very young age. Learn more at www.SJKFoundation.org
