Regardless of our age, most of us can remember being told at some stage that time at school is 'the best years of our lives’. Even though we may not have believed it at the time. We were too busy thinking of ourselves as successful pop-stars, musicians, Olympic athletes or business gurus rather than living in the moment. Whether those dreams that filled our young minds came true or not, we probably all agree that those formative years were in fact some of 'the best years of our lives'.
