Ruth Allen Hypnotherapy

My name is Ruth Allen and I am a clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist. My focus is helping people change their lives for the better. Hypnotherapy is therapy carried out in hypnosis. Hypnosis is deep relaxation, and the client is conscious throughout the session. There are two types of hypnotherapy that I utilise, Suggestion therapy; this helps people with smoking cessation, slimming, procrastination, confidence, exam nerves etc. The second is Hypno-analysis this helps people with fears and phobias, anxiety, stress, depression or any symptom that is caused by the mind. I specialise in Fertility and help women and men who are finding it difficult to conceive.
