From my base in the West of Ireland, I can fulfill the roles of both a Freelance Quantity Surveyor and Freelance Estimator on proposed New Build, Extension and/or Refurbishment projects.
The advantage of being Freelance is that I am able to undertake works no matter how small or infrequent they may be. This allows my expertise to become cost effective for many clients to whom previously this service would not of been viable.
From the outset I would be quick to evaluate the client's requirements, then tailor my 25+ years of knowledge and experience gained within the Construction and Quantity Surveying sector, to provide the best and most effective financial solution.
