Rugby Fit Summer Camp

This camp is designed to improve your all round development as a rugby player. The 4 Day Camp in July will start on Monday the 17th and run till Thursday from 9.30am - 12.30pm. The sessions will include part fitness and part rugby. The fitness part of the session will look at your Functional Movement, core and flexibility development and the rugby part will be aimed at developing your core skills i.e. passing and catching.

The Camp will also be incorporating other activities on Monday and Wednesday afternoon in the world famous UL Sports Arena (Home of Munster Rugby High Performance Centre). We will also visit Thomand Park Museum on the Friday morning the home of rugby were Munster play their home games. Followed by Rock Climbing at Nevsail's Indoor Rock Climbing Facility

There will be a big emphasis put on 'fun' all the sessions will be designed with the fun element in mind.
