Welcome to Roscommon Acupuncture and Natural Health Clinic based in Oran, Roscommon. I also provide a mobile service for treatments in the comfort of your home or business. My name is Anne Farrell, I am a multi-disciplinary practice offering a range of holistic therapies.
I trained at a Medical Acupuncture School in Limerick under the professional guidance of Dr John Bourke GP and Bruce du Ve , Master Acupuncture Trainer for approx 3 years and travelled to China thereafter to complete further specialised training at 2 medical facilities in Shanghai - one an inner city hospital and the second a state of the art western style hospital providing the best model of Eastern and Western medical diagnosis and treatment. It was here that I began treating stroke patients and people suffering with Parkinson's disease. Further specialised training was provided in a wide spectrum of degenerative disorders ranging from IBS to colitis, Chrohns disease and cancer. Other training included modules on weightless, fertility, facial rejuvenation and much more on other complementary therapies.
Once presented with my Licentiate to practice this was a licence to learn and so commenced my journey of further education in the field of health and wellness. I believes we can combine the best of Western diagnosis with the best of the Eastern wisdom from traditional Chinese medicine, Japanese energy work and needle free acupuncture especially for children along with nutritional therapy, herbs and massage.
Additionally I have studied with the Japanese Association for 1 year in Amsterdam along with further training in Reiki, 'MassageTT, Nutritional Therapy , Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT And Integrated Energy Therapy.
In her quest for bringing BALANCE into the Ecosystem of a persons life , Anne has begun Her training in a specific branch of Psychotherapy known as Family Constellation She will be offering individual and group sessions/courses in the Autumn.

The holistic approach to health takes into account the needs of the whole person: body, mind and emotions. Treatment encourages healing to take place on all these levels. My aim is to create a relaxed, safe, peaceful and supportive space for patients thus encouraging healing to take place.
