Our Timetable includes classes such as Circuits, BoxFit, Spinning, TRX, HIIT, Kettlebells and more. We also have our signature 'Friendly Fitness' programme which is our Beginner Friendly class for those who are new to fitness. It allows you to work out in a friendly environment and ease yourself into your new fitness regime whilst also getting a great workout!
We also offer Online Weight Loss & Nutrition Programmes for both Men, Woman & Groups. Our Weight-loss Programmes have had phenomenal results and have changed people inside and out.
