Elusen gofrestredig o'r enw Ymddiriedolaeth Clough Williams-Ellis yw perchennog pentref a gerddi Portmeirion ac fe'i weinyddir dan les 99 mlynedd gan gwmni Portmeirion Cyf, cwmni a sefydlwyd gan Clough Williams-Ellis yn 1926.

Portmeirion is owned by registered charity the Clough Williams-Ellis Foundation and is managed under a 99 year lease by Portmeirion Ltd, a company founded by Clough Williams-Ellis in 1926
