Peak physique is a health, fitness and athletic performance gym. At peak physique we design and implement personal and group training based on either strength, muscle-mass, fat loss or athletic specific conditioning. Peak physique is unique because we guarantee results plain and simple .Every client is properly screened before starting any exercise program.The gym is based on results, setting goals and achieving them while maximising mental and physical health. Once your goals have been laid out, we'll work on those goals and achieve them. At peak physique we guarantee on completion of your exercise program you will feel and look outstanding.

Nobody want's to read a paragraph of nonsense about me but at the same time it is important for prospective clients to know a little about my background. Here is a little on my experience and qualifications.

⦁ Qualified exercise specialist with the American council of exercise.
⦁ American heart association CPR/AED.
⦁ Assisted current all blacks strength and conditioning coach Nick Gill in New Zealand for 6 months with the players.
⦁ Assisted previous Connaught senior and academy strength and conditioning coach's with the players.
⦁ Previous Irish sports massage therapist for the Ireland Rugby league team in the tertiary rugby league world cup.
⦁ Qualified biological science teacher with the department of education.
⦁ Previous strength and conditioning coach with Cistercian College rugby junior cup team.
⦁ Years of experience helping clients achieve body transformation goals.
