P&R Fitness Our aim to bring a new level of fitness to Wexford with exciting workouts that will push you a little but at the same time having fun. We at P&R Fitness believe fitness should be enjoyed not endured. Patrick who is NCEF qualified has many years experience as a personal trainer while Rita is recently qualified from ITEC. Both of us are keen competitive cyclists and runners and are passionate about our profession. We're here to help you reach your personal goals and beyond. Life can be demanding and stressful but one thing we do know is that anything is achievable once you put your mind to it, and with our help and motivation you will get there.
