I have a vast experience, having instructed group fitness classes for the last 5 years. I raced Triathlon since 2008 and represented Ireland in the World and European Triathlon championships. I know what it takes to get where you want to be. Last year I got the chance to go on an internship to America. Here I got a huge amount of experience working with American Football players, Basketball players, tennis players, Baseball players, Golfers and more. I was guided under my mentor Andre Hanley who is a specialist in rotational athletes. Over the years I have gained the tools to help make you a better athlete.
