ODIN Strength & Conditioning

Odin Strength & Conditioning classes are designed to provide a total body workout using a combination of weights and bodyweight training.
Classes are aimed at helping each client reach their individual goals whether it is weight loss, strength or endurance orientated.
Classes will suit all levels of fitness whether you are just starting on the road to increase your fitness levels or already in training.
Classes will be circuit based with a wide range of equipment and will be run in a supportive & fun environment.

CLASS RATES
• €9 Pay as you go per class
• €24 per week for 3 classes per week
• €84 per month for 3 classes per week
• €210 for 3 months for 3 classes per week
• €16 per week for 2 classes per week
• €56 per month for 2 classes per week
• €140 for 3 months for 2 classes per week

Class times
• Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 7-8am, 9:15-10am, 5:30-6:30pm, 6:30-7:30pm
• Tuesday / Thursday: 5:30-6:30pm, 6:30-7:30pm, 7:30-8:30pm
• Saturday: 9:30-10:30/11am
• Teenagers classes Mon & Fri 4:30-5:15pm
• Youth classes Tues & Thurs 2-3pm
