Our Nutri Boost raw juices are cold pressed using HPP. Asa brand who places utmost emphasis on quality, we feel innovation goes hand in hand with this. Particularly when it comes to food science and optimal nutrition. the applies to the level of production as well as technology.

HPP(High pressure personalisation) is a new cold preservation method which preserves food without destroying valuable nutrients

By its very nature food is perishable, but its shelf life can be prolonged by using preservation techniques, such as pasteurising (rapid heating) and sterilising (heating at high temperatures) or by
adding preservatives. The drawback of many current preservation techniques is that they have an adverse effect on nutritional value, vitamins and flavour.

Pascalisation involves treating foods like meat, fish, vegetables, fruit juices and fruit including its packaging with high doses of pressure (5000-6000) to eliminate the effects of bacteria, yeast and mould.

As the packaging is completely sealed, there is no chance of contamination after this treatment. The product remains completely intact because the pressure applied to the foodstuffs is equal and even
