As a Naturopath/Herbalist, my goal, in consultation with patients, is to help them take control and be in charge of their own lives. Using the best that nature has to offer, to help them become well and stay well.

There isn't always a quick fix to health problems, but through education and support one can usually come up with a long-term plan to live a healthy life.

Among some of the suggestions for patients are - the use of natural remedies, a healthy diet to suit the individual and sometimes the use of supplements, exercise, dealing with stress, relaxation and sleep. Most importantly is the ethos of - "To heal, not harm".
