MyMind advocates and facilitates early intervention into mental health problems which has been proven to be the most efficacious and cost effective way of treating mental health difficulties.

Services
Face to face counselling: this constitutes the majority of MyMind’s service provision.

With 100 therapists working out of three different locations, speaking 15 different languages, we have provided over 9,500 face to face appointments thus far in 2013.

Online services: along with providing video type of sessions to clients who are unable to attend our offices, MyMind also offers a free of charge supportive consultation via email, called e-MyMind.

MyMind@Work: With IBEC reporting that 11 million work days are lost to absences each year, the benefits of providing easily accessible mental health care to employees are manifest. MyMind@Work can provide a personalised, multilingual mental health care service to the workplace that aids in the elimination of stress, absenteeism and bullying.

Recent Growth
Having established two premises in Dublin, in early 2013 MyMind opened an office in Cork, expanding the reach of our face to face services with the employment of over 20 new therapists, bringing the total number of mental health care professionals employed by MyMind to 100. We’ve maintained 30% growth in client services each year since 2006, and with the planned expansion to Limerick and Galway, we hope to accelerate this growth in the coming years.
