Once the stables and coach-house of a water mill, the Finglas river runs directly behind the house, with an old walled orchard embracing the front of the house. 5 minutes walk from 3 sandy, safe beaches, just off the Dingle Way walking route, less than 10km from surfing at Castlegregory... the possibilities are endless!
This secluded and cosy cottage is ideal for couples, families, groups of friends or writers and artists seeking inspiration. We are LGBT friendly!

Downstairs: Large kitchen, Living room with wood-burning stove, Single bedroom, Small bathroom, Front passageway (joins downstairs bedroom to living room & front door)
Upstairs: 2 large (double) bedrooms, large bathroom, loft / studio (separate entrance, 1st floor level)
Outside: Short driveway closed in by gates, enclosed orchard (front garden), level terrace / patio area. Access to the river is via another gate and some steps - take care exploring here!

Access: The driveway is quite rough and on a slope, but it is possible to park right by the front door. The front door has quite a lip, but no steps. There is a single bedroom downstairs which can be accessed via a covered passageway, and there are no steps between that bedroom and the downstairs bathroom, kitchen & living room.
