Welcome to mermaidscooktoo! You might remember me from my previous username, ''Slim with Joanne''! Yes, it has since changed (I hope you like the new name as much as I do)! ;)

My blog is about several things but my weight loss journey is probably the biggest reason you're here! I had previously lost 60 pounds (4 stone 4 lb) through following the Slimming World plan before I got pregnant with my second child. I'm now on a mission to lose that weight gain and finally reach my target!

I will be posting beauty tips and buys, mommy talk, product reviews and recommendations, step-by-step healthy easy to make recipes which range from breakfasts all the way to sweet treats and cakes!
