We are a Technology focused gym who thrive to make your Fitness experience short and effective. Me Time FT has their very own APP and website that allows all bookings to be made online. In Me Time Functional training exercises program's are designed by Exercise professionals in a unique way that each workout is designed differently so will never have to do the same workout twice. These mainly focused on Cardio, Strength and Conditioning , Speed, Agility, Power, Core Strength and Balance all in 45 MINUTES. This unique style of exercising is designed so each day your workout has a different focus. (See classes tab for more information).
Our aim is to keep you motivation and not turning up to the same workout each week, using featured integrated technology in the form of video workout demonstrating which re-assures you know exactly what exercises to do how much time left you have for that extra REP and don't worry there will always be a Fully qualified Exercise Professional to give you that extra Motivational we all need.
