With ten years’ experience teaching Maths, Louise’s students have consistently achieved grades above the national average. This is due to Louise’s deep understanding of the leaving certificate exam paper and her willingness to help facilitate students of all abilities.

This is achieved by ensuring all students comprehend not only the mathematical procedures but also why and when we use these procedures. Louise aims for students to find a passion for maths which results in the students enjoying the subject.

With the 25 bonus points for higher level maths, there is increased pressure for all students to achieve their best. Louise’s 75 minute classes with small numbers and highly focused notes providing step by step instructions as well as past exam questions will guarantee students succeed in achieving their full potential.

Louise is a member of the Irish Mathematics Teacher Association, has completed all Project Maths Modular evening courses and has completed her Masters in Mathematics for Education. This gives Louise a unique ability to provide her students with a clear understanding of the syllabus.
