Mar-Train Heavy Haulage Ltd. specialises in providing all manner of heavy haulage and awkward load solutions in Ireland, the UK and Europe. The award-winning company operates a state-of-the-art bespoke fleet of tractor units and trailers, ensuring that even the most demanding jobs can be completed promptly, professionally and safely.

The fleet is tailored towards all types of construction, engineering, plant and wind farm haulage. Flat tops come with three or four axels and full hydraulic steering with manual over-ride and a carrying capacity of up to 70 tonne.
Low loaders range from three- to eight-axle, also with hydraulic steering and manual over-ride (single or double extendable beds). Mar-Train’s step frames, with a carrying capacity of 100 tonne, come in three- to seven-axle - either single, double or triple extendable.
Over the years, Mar-Train has been active on many prestigious projects in Ireland, the UK and throughout Europe. These include the excavation of the Dublin Port Tunnel, the Channel Tunnel Rail Link under the Thames and the aforementioned wind farm projects in Ireland and the UK.
