While only formed in 2009, M&C Property has now firmly established itself as the market leader in the Mid West Region in the areas of residential sales, lettings and management and more recently asset management, commercial estate management, student accommodation management.

Managing director Donogh Madigan has been in the property management business since 2002 and together with his staff has obtained a well earned reputation for providing a prompt, professional service to landlords, tenants and property owners across the residential and commercial sectors.

We currently let and manage over 500 individual properties and are the managing agents for over 90 management companies across several counties.

We operate from 51 O’Connell St Limerick and also Spanish Parade House in Galway City and have a team of 19 staff who are fully trained and ready to deal with any aspect of property Sales, Letting and Management.
