Manawa Massage Therapy

Lomi Lomi massage is an ancient Hawaiian healing art that was practiced within families and master healers of Hawaii.
Hawaiian philosophy understands health in terms of energy flow. Everything seeks harmony and love. When harmony is lacking, the effect is pain physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. Stress and tension lead to resistance which blocks energy flow. The massage provides the powerful methods to release blockages held in the body and makes positive changes on all levels.
In 2010 I received this amazing Lomi Lomi massage treatment for the first time and I knew then that it is something I would love to practice myself. I have completed the Practitioner training in Hawaiian Bodywork in 2011 under a wonderful teacher Louise Kleu, the owner of School of Hawaiian Healing Arts (www.Louisekleu.com). Also I’m grateful to my amazing coach Beata Sobczynska (www.beatasmassage.com) for dedicating her time to share her professional experience with me. I hold the Anatomy & Physiology QQI Diploma and also I have completed advanced workshop in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi with Dr. Darryl da Cunha.
I have a strong passion for wellbeing, anatomy and physiology and also how the mind and body work together. I work intuitively to soothe aches and areas of stress and tension in the body.
