Lookfit Healthy Living studio provides group and private exercise sessions with a goal of helping you to create healthy changes to your lifestyle. We give ongoing support to members to help you on your journey to achieving optimal health for body and mind. We strive to continually give positive motivation and valuable information that will raise the quality of your lifestyle to a level beyond your expectation.

We work with you to create achievable healthy living programmes that can be incorporated into busy schedules. When you visit Lookfit you can expect a professional, enthusiastic and understanding environment with a focus on having fun while being healthy.

Services at Lookfit include the following:

Group Exercise sessions

These fun and energising sessions bring people together to exercise in a motivating environment using a variety of movements to ensure a complete body workout you’ll enjoy. To ensure an effective workout we change the exercises each day. The sessions are approximately 45 minutes in duration.


Body Basics

This session is perfect for beginners or if you've taken a break from exercise. We teach you the foundation exercise movements giving you the confidence to participate in our group exercise sessions. You will leave this session knowing how to exercise for your fitness level.

Nutrition Coaching

In these sessions we will look at your current nutrition and lifestyle habits in more detail. We will teach you how to make healthy food and lifestyle choices that will help you reach optimal health and give you the guidance and support you need to create new healthy habits.

At Lookfit everyone exercises at their own pace in each session. When you participate in our services you will experience the countless benefits of being active such as gaining confidence, feeling full of energy and achieving optimum fitness.
