The Happy Coach Haiyu is one who is passionately in love with life. She lives life, loves life and lifts life.. and weights too of course :-)

Formerly living in the professional corporate world, she struggled with finding the balance of keeping a healthy weight while living the social & corporate life.

Living away from her motherland as she found her heart in good old Dublin in the millennium year 2000, she understands the struggle of trying to fit in. The social pressure of this "perfect" body image.. the should and the woulds. Being 3 stone overweight and joining a gym was daunting back then. She wanted to "get toned' and 'fit'.. that abs. That "perfect" body.

Eventually she found herself through exercise and weight lifting by hiring a personal trainer. She discovered a whole new life ahead of her, almost like a second chance and she wants to share it with those who wants to experience and have a healthier, happier relationship with their own self.

Sure, we do need to put on our own oxygen mask before we attend to others. Loving our own self first is key.
