Here at LionFit we believe that everyone should be confident in their own bodies both in terms of appearance and performance and we have worked hard to develop a training style that delivers those results to you as efficiently as possible.

Our method is firmly rooted in practicality and we don’t believe in over-complicating things, we like to give easy to follow nutrition advice and we do our best to make fitness a part of your everyday life.

So what kinds of things will training with the LionFit team involve? Well for a start, fun! You will never stick to a programme or lifestyle change if it isn’t fun after all. We will start by meeting you on your current fitness level and going from there. It doesn’t matter where you are starting out from, we will get you moving and feeling great.

We will work to improve your strength, your endurance, your flexibility and mobility, your balance, your posture and your muscle tone and definition to name but a few things. This will be done by incorporating a wide variety of things from squatting and bench pressing, to stretching and interval training all under the watchful eye of a trainer.

We have a compact studio in Grange Broadway which allows us to offer high quality individual training sessions. We also offer online personal training, free workout videos on Youtube along with mobile training.
