Many of our clients have pre-existing chronic health conditions such as Marfan Syndrome (Genetic Heart Disease), COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (Joint Hypermobility), Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Type 2 Diabetes and have experienced significant improvements from the introduction of our scientifically proven exercise prescription interventions.

As well as treating our medical clients we also have a passion for training to maximize sports performance.

We currently train both elite & recreational athletes. We have previously worked with Leeds United FC (1st Team), Munster Rugby Academy and Castletroy College senior rugby team.
