Once upon a time, a small group of women met in a research group and discovered they had something in common. They'd all spent their lives struggling with their weight. Existing weight-loss programmes just weren't giving the answers.So, being can-do kind of people, they decided to do something about it. Something that worked with the mind as well as the body. Something that gave real results. In short, a real change. That something became LighterLife.
