Laura Connick Personal Training

I am a fully qualified personal trainer with a degree in sports management and a certificate in dietary counselling.
I work from a gym in Drumcondra called Active You.
I also do house calls and I am available to train teams/groups /corporate clients etc.
I am passionate about working with people one to one to ensure they get the results they want through great workouts, food plans, recipes, body assessments and constant contact weekly.
Whatever the goal I can help you. If you don't want to train alone you can also share the cost and train with a friend/partner.
