Kildare Holistic Centre

At Kildare Holistic Centre we offer treatments in Holistic therapies. We combine treatments to best suit the individual needs of each client. The treatments on offer are Acupuncture, Chinese cupping, Massage, Reflexology and intuitive energy work.
We also run Yoga Classes, These classes are based on the hatha tradition whereby all the postures are available to play/work with. Our classes are based on a gentle flow with breath , often described as a moving meditation.
