Caring for people comes naturally to Manuela Goeb, a nurse in her "former life", she has being
“breaducating” people in eating healthily as well as catering for people with allergies and food intolerance in South Kerry for over a decade.

Her renowned Breadcrumb Bakery and Café was a roaring success in Kenmare and it was a natural progression for her to start her own award winning (Blas Na h’Eireann) Gluten Free Bakery called UtterlyNutty in 2013. Her passion for helping people to live a healthy, fulfilled and happy life lead her to attaining her Diploma in Life/Wellbeing and Executive Coaching.

The Kenmare River Retreat grew from her love of food and people and her winning recipe is an oasis of calm inviting you to unwind you life’s puzzles whilst enjoying the benefits of good food, soaking up fresh air flowing off the Atlantic Ocean.

Manuela is one of those rare cooks who relishes the opportunity to demonstrate her love of food by cooking for ‘the individual’ needs of her guests.
