My name is Dominika I am a Personal Trainer, Kettle Bells Instructor, Jumping Instructor, Nutrition Adviser. It is my goal and focus to assist you to getting to new levels. I am passionate about being active, sharing this passion is something I take pride in.
Challenges can always be put in front of us, taking them on your own can be hard. That is where I offer help.
Fitness is my life, My passion started as a hobby and has matured into a career in which I have the opportunity and privilege to change peoples lives for the better.
Whether your goals are muscle growth, toning up, losing weight or training for a specific event; we can attain them together. Sometimes setting goals can feel like a challenge in itself. No matter where you are starting from, I will support you every step of the way.
