Amateur boxing Club based in Navan that provides classes for keep fit, non contact boxing & contact boxing for both childern and adults.

Boxing for kids age 6+, €10 per week
● Improves co-ordination & balance
● Builds confidence & motivation
● Develops stronger bones & muscles
● Keeps kids active
● Teaches respect
● Sharpens concentration & energy

Every weekday (except Thursday) 6pm - 7pm & Sat 12:30pm - 1:30pm

Adults Boxfit Classes €7 pay as you go
(Offers will come and go so keep an eye out or ask inside)

This class is a mixture of:
- Insanity, circuit training, core, TRX, & Non contact Boxing (Pads & Bags)
- Experience a high intensity full body workout.
● Builds fitness & confidence levels fast
● Great to release stress and aggression
● Good for body, mind & soul
● Increases concentration & energy levels
● Builds muscles

Every weekday 7pm - 8:30pm, Saturday 12:30pm - 1:30pm

Full Contact boxing is provided to those interested.
● Provides training, techniques, sparring, school boxing, ect
